The philosophy of the faculty of Spring Hill College Division of Nursing supports the mission of the College.

In keeping with this philosophy, the Spring Hill College Division of Nursing provides quality baccalaureate and master's nursing education, in a Jesuit liberal arts environment,  that prepares men and women for careers as caring practitioners in a changing health care setting.

Through professional nursing courses, Spring Hill students become critical, careful, conscientious health care professionals committed to excellence and responsibility. These courses also emphasize the ethical responsibilities which all health care professionals must exercise.
