In this booming technological age, the boundaries of professionalism can become blurred as we engage in blogging, Facebook posting, and Twittering. Most people own a phone with a camera; videos appear on YouTube at an alarming speed. As professional nurses, we must be aware of our individual responsibilities as well as our responsibilities to the Board of Nursing and our workplaces. This CE offering will discuss the responsibility of the nurse pertinent to the Nurse Practice Act in regards to social networking, professional boundaries, legalities, and ethics. Please join us to learn more about the growing concern for professionalism and privacy in the cyber world.
