Dr. Derryl Block will be attending the 139th  American Public Health Association Annual Meeting and Exposition in Washington DC October 29th - November 2nd. The theme of the conference is "Healthy Communities Promote Healthy Minds and Bodies" Dr. Block has been active in promoting vaccinations of health care workers. She will also be presenting a poster at the conference on "Requiring annual vaccination of health workers against influenza—Why?”.
