    Fundraising Campaign

Journal To Save Your Life will meet a $12 billion dollar annual need for mental health services for adolescents with a $25,000 website-based program. $1,880 has been raised at the time of this posting. Putting this online program into the world will enable girls who are in rural areas the opportunity to access a forever-free, unbiased, research based, life changing, and fun mental health program. The online format of our program is especially important given the paucity of services currently available in both rural and metropolitan areas.

    Please donate.

    Journal To Save Your Life

Journal To Save Your Life is a forever-free, mental health, 12 month, online program that offers female youth a platform to ignite their own personal paradigm shift. Our $25,000 website will allow us to provide a scalable program that will address the United State's $12 billion dollar annual need for mental health services for adolescents. Currently, only $3 billion dollars of this annual need is met.

Journal To Save Your Life (J2SYL) is a website and a mental health intervention program. J2SYL is available to interested nurses, doctors, individual girls, therapists, nonprofits, and families as a stand-alone or supplemental program. J2SYL is 12 months long and is made up of 52 weekly, therapeutic installments. These weekly installments include social skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and art therapy based on an invitation to EXPRESS and Create in response to video, audio, written, photography, dance, spoken word, and news items that spark independent reflection and empowerment.

J2SYL is designed to support healthy emotion regulation and self-concept by reducing depressive and anxiety symptoms in at-risk girls aged 12-17. We show girls how to replace suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, and self-harm behaviors with an intrinsic understanding of themselves and their ability to initiate a Personal Revolution through powerful, compelling ART and EXPRESSION.

Journal To Save Your Life is professional, meticulously designed, forever-free, exclusively online program made for the benefit of at-risk girls. We do intend to open our service to boys in 2014.

Thank you in advance for all of your help.

    Sincerely,

~Holly Werstein aka Jasper Faolan (author alias)
